Shipping & Processing Times

Our team does our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as fast as possible. Normally, orders are processed within 48hrs after purchase (unless further verification is needed). Free Standard Shipping takes an estimated 7-10 Business Days to arrive. To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match the credit card used to purchase and that your shipping address is valid. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID) prior to shipping out the package.
Additional to our processing times, your package will be received depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please note that all estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include in-house processing times (24-48 business hours). Sizing and customization may require a longer period of time in handling.
Various shipping carriers are used at our discretion (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) depending on the purchase amount, shipping location, and shipping method chosen during checkout.
Upon shipping out your order, a tracking number will be attached to your order and you will receive an email confirmation. Standard and Priority shipping is free. Express shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds/Returns / Exchange Policies
No refunds or exchanges will be issued or accepted under any circumstances unless documentation is provided by carrier to prove your items were not received by the carrier for shipment. Once we process and ship orders we are no longer liable or responsible for the contents in the package. Third party package protection is available for purchase during checkout.
If for any reason your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will reach out via contact information you provided during checkout. We will hold your items for up to 7 days awaiting a response with an updated address. Anything received after the allotted time will be no longer available. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
